Rosti Poland invests in printing equipment

Printing equipment investment to meet business growth

Rosti Polska has started on a path to increase its range of Value-Add services in the field of Tampo printing. Increasing demand for high quality white goods in Poland has generated the need for high quality molding and multi color printing of control panels for washing machines, dryers and dish washers.

White goods Control Panels are printed in two or three colours and up to 4 colours for high end versions. There is a limited number of suppliers who are capable of supplying molding, painting and multi colour printing services in Poland.

The new industrial setup now includes two two-colour printers equipped with single rail pad support system and movable table allowing high precision positioning of panel against the pads allowing a surface area as large as 150X600mm to be printed. The new equipment was installed in the latter part of 2008 and production already started in December. This capability now supplements Rosti
