Message from Rosti’s CEO
In recent months, I have visited our top customers to review the relationships. The overall key conclusions are encouraging:
· All of the customers visited are very satisfied with Rosti in every thing we do
· Rosti is on the top of the list of preferred suppliers
· Several of our customers now have Rosti listed as “global strategic supplier”
· The customers are satisfied with our deliveries being “on time & at spec”
· The customers are likewise content with our project execution and new product introduction
· Rosti is competitive, has extensive capabilities and an excellent team of people
· All of the customers expressed a wish to continue to grow the business in the future
On behalf of all of you at Rosti, I gave our thanks for this very positive feedback. I also promised that we will do our utmost to continue to take good care of their business and to further develop our competitiveness. The new Customer Care Program is one of our means to further develop our skills and enhance our total customer offering.
Reflecting on this, I think back some five years ago when the new strategy was developed and approved. At that time, the vision 2010 was merely a concept for the future, some management slides. Through hard work and dedication, Rosti has fully implemented this new business strategy as confirmed by the customer testimonials.
We as a team have turned Rosti around and have lived up to our own slogan: From concept to reality!
I am left with a warm feeling of pride and contentment. I wish to congratulate all of you for creating what one could call the “Rosti lifeline”. To conclude, Rosti is today stronger than ever, ready to meet new challenges ahead.
