Tooling Capabilities

As a vital element of the creation process, Rosti has developed a long standing network of specialist tooling suppliers in Asia and Europe. Each has been selected for their specific skills and experience in our customers’ products and markets from Business Machines and Automotive parts to Domestic Appliances and Medical products.

Our tooling management centre processes several hundred new tools each year, working closely with established tooling partners to ensure that our high standards and company specific tooling specifications are consistently met. Every tool build is monitored directly by a dedicated tooling engineer who has an in depth understanding of the tool construction, manufacturing processes and timeframes involved.

Part geometries and tool designs are optimised in the pre tooling stage in collaboration with customers' design teams using a range of advanced software tools. In this way, all of our injection mould tools are designed to offer the optimum balance of cost, efficiency and repeatability, with minimal requirement for development iterations.
