ROLAP (Rosti Group-wide Programme)
The Rosti Leadership Acceleration Programme (ROLAP) is 2 years in length during which, delegates participate in 3-4 short but very intense modules where they are able to learn various self-management and leadership courses in a global team. The delegates are mentored by a senior executive in the company throughout the program and after graduation are normally rewarded with more responsibilities or job rotation opportunities where these newly acquired skills can be applied to the benefit of the business and the individual.
The programme aim is to develop the ability of high potential employees to take on further leadership responsibilities in the future, and to develop excellent and result orientated managers and supervisors who contribute to Rosti’s achievement of strategic and operational objectives and thereby strengthening the company as a whole and securing future success.
Young Technical Talent Development Programme (Offered in Rosti China)
The Young Technical Talent Development Programme is to attract fresh graduates with technical background and good potential. In the one-year programme, participants have the opportunity to work in several different positions through job rotations, as well as to join in some tailor-made training courses. The programme develops capable technicians and engineers for the company.
Technical Knowledge Development Programme (Offered in Rosti China)
The Technical Knowledge Development Programme is designed for technicians and engineers in tooling and moulding field to develop their technical capabilities. The programme helps them to accelerate their development and ensures the continuous increase of the company’s core competences.
Modern Apprenticeship Program (Offered in Rosti UK)
The four-year Modern Apprenticeship Program is a combination of on-the-job training and related classroom instruction in which apprentices learn the practical and theoretical aspects of a highly skilled occupation, in the field of Polymer Processing, Tool Making and Maintenance. The program welcomes applicants over 16 years old with the ability, aptitude, and education to master the rudiments of the occupation and complete the related instruction required in the program. The program trains participants in the skills employers want and give them choices in their career development.
Project Management Programme (Offered in Rosti Poland)
Project Management Programme is addressed to high-potential employees from different departments. The program is designed to prepare them either to participate or to manage core and complex projects. The program is constructed to cover the following fields: Managing Risk in Projects, Finance, Law, Communication and Project Team Management.
