Customer Care Workshop at Rosti Larkhall
In order to improve our position in the ever competitive market, to strengthen our capabilities and to amplify one of our unique selling points (USP) being excellent customer service, Rosti decided to create and roll out the Customer Care Programme almost two years ago.
The inaugural workshop took place at Rosti Tilburg in January 2009 and marked the official launch of the programme for Rosti Larkhall, Rosti Poland, Rosti China and Rosti Tilburg. All of these sites have made significant progress since with Rosti Larkhall leading and piloting new ideas and concepts, creating group-wide standards and common operating procedures. Rosti Poland and Rosti China are not far behind with daily activities among all employees. Like the other three sites, Rosti Tilburg has also built its Customer Care Centre and put its daily disciplines in place.

Time has now arrived for us to review the achievements to date, identify further enhancements to the programme, and roll out to the remaining plants (Rosti India, Rosti Sweden and the two Rosti GP Plants). The second Customer Care Workshop was held at Rosti Larkhall on May 10th to May 13th . Tez Kurwie, Rosti International Sales Director facilitated the workshop supported by Kerry Cochran. The event was a major success with excellent contributions from all participants with a great focus on daily practices and effective operation of the programme. Many actions have been identified for implementation in the next few months.
