Rosti Poland with the best country safety standards!

We are very pleased to announce that Rosti Poland has been admitted to the group of Safe Work Leaders. The received nomination means admission to the elite group of companies in Poland that primarily focus on the safety of employees.

Membership in the Forum gives to Rosti Poland the opportunity to exchange experiences and good practices in shaping safe and ergonomic working conditions. The Institute provides substantive support in the field of conducting analyzes of the sources and causes of occupational hazards and limiting their effects, in particular the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases.​​​​​​​

Rosti Poland has been carrying out activities aimed at improving working conditions and safety for years. Safety is the foundation of our strategy. We are proud that our efforts have been appreciated by such a valued organization as the Central Institute for Labor Protection and thus we have joined the elite group of the most ambitious companies in the field of occupational safety – said Michał Lubik, Managing Director.

The Safe Work Leaders Forum was established in 1998 by the Central Institute for Labor Protection – National Research Institute in Poland. It is an organization currently associating about 160 enterprises and institutions from Poland that can be set as an example in matters related to the culture of safe work. The main task of the Forum is to build partner relations between its members, as well as employers and employees who use the achievements of science and technology to create appropriate working conditions.



XV Conference of the Safe Work Leaders Forum

During this year’s Safe Work Leader Cards gala, which took place on November 22, 2022 in Białystok, nominations were presented for five new members of the Leaders Forum, among which was Rosti Poland. The purpose of this event is to exchange good practices in the field of safety and environmental protection among the participants of the Forum.

On the second day of the conference, i.e. November 23, Rosti Poland hosted a technical visit attended by speakers from enterprises belonging to the Safe Work Leaders Forum.

During the visit, we presented the plant and the actions implemented to improve work safety in our company in individual areas.

A total of about 60 people from 32 companies participated in the tour of our factory including:
