Forbes Diamond award – Rosti Poland as a Premium Producer

For the fifteenth time, in cooperation with the editorial office of Forbes, Dun & Bradstreet Poland has developed a list of the most dynamically developing companies in Poland and Rosti Poland is one of the laureates.  This year’s “Forbes Diamonds” were developed on the basis of the Swiss method of valuation of the company.

The key criteria include, among others, financial results for the years 2017 – 2021, property value, payment history, payment credibility or the lack of negative legal events.

On this occasion, Forbes has published a special album in which you will also find a few words from Michał Lubik, Managing Director, on our vision of becoming the Premium Producer.

Rosti Poland is the largest division in Europe of the Rosti Group, which has existed since 1944 and is part of the Swedish family-owned fund, Nordstjernan. Rosti employs state-of-the-art technologies in injection moulding and blow moulding as well as decoration and assembly of finished products and modules for the energy, electrical, medical, packaging, home and business appliances industries. The company has an impressive machine park of more than 120 injection moulding machines with a wide processing range of 28-2000T and advanced assembly lines. Rosti is characterized by attention to employee development, a strong financial position and access to the latest technologies.

Rosti is one of the few companies using the latest advances in 3D printing to gain an advantage over traditional prototype part making. Rosti Innovation Lab designs products by physically testing components produced using printed injection moulds. This method of prototyping reduces the time it takes to receive a part. The lab gives more freedom and enables rapid design iterations, allowing for a better and cheaper product. For more than two years, the company has been conducting a research on the use of bio-plastics and re-granulates in injection moulding. Technological advances and global awareness of the environment are leading the industry into a transformation process, which Rosti is following.

AS OF 2022, ROSTI USES ONLY GREEN ENERGY. We analyze our carbon footprint as a measurable indicator to show progress in reducing emissions. – “At Rosti, we believe in the need to support our community and the planet, so we are taking steps to enable sustainability even in our industry,” emphasizes Michal Lubik, managing director of Rosti Poland. – These efforts are rooted in our values of passion, partnership, excellence and integrity. Rosti’s long-term goal is to be a leader in plastics processing in Eastern Europe and an R&D expert. One of the major projects in 2023 is the opening of a Clean Room to ensure the highest standards of production environment for medical products and the implementation of an ISO 50001 energy management system.
