Our recruitment process

Once we have received your application, you will become part of a seven-step recruitment process. All Rosti job vacancies are thoroughly analysed to fully evaluate the assignment and competence needs of the position.

We also consider future possibilities for the candidate within our organisation and what development opportunities we can offer the individual. As part of our initial selection process you will be invited to attend two interviews with our recruiting manager and HR representative, who will ask you to complete a personality questionnaire and capability test. In the final part of the process we will contact your references and you will be invited to a final meeting with one of our ”Grandparents”. The grandparent is our name for a manager’s manager. We apply this rule throughout our recruitment process, to ensure your long-term development within our organisation.

Although there is usually just one job available, if you are not the selected candidate, don’t give up! We are always looking for new talent, so therefore we work with a talent bank concept, which means that we save your application within our talent bank for future positions. The job that you originally applied for may not have been a perfect match, but when the right opportunity arises, we will be sure to contact you. Even if we do not currently have a vacancy to match your skills and career path, we welcome unsolicited applications.
