We have a high-quality, professional recruitment process that supports both our business and our applicants. Our thorough recruitment process includes candidate selection, then interviews – in some cases in combination with personality questionnaires and ability tests – and reference checks. For some roles we also practise a “grandparent interview”, a meeting with the hiring manager’s manager.
