Jonas Persson joined Rosti as CEO in August 2020 having previously been involved with Nordstjernan, our parent company, for four years. With over ten years experience in injection moulding, Jonas has also sat on the board since 2016 and enjoyed the title of Chairman since 2020. With a diverse background, Jonas has held leadership roles for ASSA ABLOY, Nolato, Alfa Laval and most recently CEO for Nilfisk A/S. Having spent 12 years working in China, Jonas has extensive international and operational experience.
Senior Vice President Europe
David Knight joined Rosti in 1991 as a Maintenance Engineer at our Larkhall site. In 2002 he moved to China to become Managing Director of Rosti Asia, before returning to the UK in 2005 to become COO, Rosti Asia. In 2015 David was promoted to Executive Vice President of Rosti Asia with responsibility for the continued development and expansion of Rosti’s business and footprint in Asia. In 2018 David was appointed COO of Rosti and most recently has taken on the role of Senior Vice President Europe.
Joel Davidsson joined Rosti as CFO in August 2021 and is based at our Malmö headquarters. Joel has a diverse financial background with several years of experience from international financial advisory and investment banking firms, as well as, from financial leadership roles at global manufacturing companies. Most recently as Vice President and Head of Group FP&A and Investor Relations at Alfa Laval and prior to that as CFO for two business areas at ASSA ABLOY. Joel holds and M.Sc. in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics.
Senior Vice President Asia
Pat Williams joined Rosti as a trainee moulding technician in 1987 and was first based in the UK. He then moved to China and was leading the Engineering activities as the Engineering Director in Rosti China when it was established in 2002. In 2005 he took over the overall responsibility of the operations in China as the Managing Director and in 2012 supported the establishment of Rosti Malaysia. Since 2018 Pat is Senior Vice President of Rosti Asia.
Senior Vice President North America
With Rosti’s recent acquisition of PCI, Derrill Rice has taken the role of SVP Rosti North America; providing strategic leadership for Rosti’s North American sites supporting customers across multiple industry segments. At PCI Derrill was President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, Derrill served as the President and GM of the $1.2B Aerospace, Defense & Marine (ADM) division of TE Connectivity, Ltd.
Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing
Mark is SVP Sales and Marketing of Rosti since 2017. Mark is based at our Business Development Centre in the UK. Prior to joining Rosti, he was Western Europe Sales Director for the global engineering company IMI Precision Engineering. Mark is a qualified Electrical Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in commercial leadership and strategy development, including acquisition execution.
Senior Vice President HR
Thomas joined Rosti in 2017 as Group People & Culture Development Director and has been responsible for designing and implementing various global HR projects for instance our “Rosti way” culture with values and behaviours. Thomas stepped into the SVP HR role in December 2018. Prior to joining Rosti Thomas has been working for several years in various Global HR roles at FLSmidth and AstraZeneca. He also has a background as HR consultant.
Vice President Strategic Business Development
Karl Stillman is our VP of Strategic Business Development and has over 30 years experience in the plastics industry. Prior to this, he was a member of the senior leadership team in Asia, and responsible for the Group’s business development activities in the region. Karl has significant cross border experience having expatriated to Asia for six years and contributing to the business growth throughout his tenure.
