We have invested in a continuous improvement journey, benchmarking our facilities every 6 months against world class standards to continually drive improvement and ensuring we sustain best practice. Results are shared and compared internally and against customer’s expectations and perceptions.
Key performance indicators (KPI’s) and our internal lean assessment benchmark scores are visible to all our facilities to ensure we have consistent and reliable performance across the group but also to promote internal competition and pull to become the best we can individually, as a team and organisation.
