Key Account Manager

Rosti is a global plastics injection moulding company and contract manufacturer to some of the world’s leading manufacturers in the packaging, consumer appliances, business machines and medical sectors. Your new role:

Working from our site in Białystok, Poland we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager.

Your tasks consists of:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with the company’s existing customers.
  • Caring for customer satisfaction.
  • Supervising the development plan of key customers.
  • Preparing and conducting business discussions.
  • Reporting to management team and stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

  • English at communicative level.
  • Academic education (Economics or Technical will be an advantage).
  • Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm, energy and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Experience in B2B sales in production or service industry.

Advantageous skills:

  • Technical knowledge.
  • Experience in running projects as a leader or team member.
