Rosti news letter

In order to be able to subscribe to our newsletter you are required to provide name and an email address. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and reflect the actual circumstances.

You may also choose to provide additional information, such as country of residence and company or organization. Please note that his additional information is optional to provide.

When you provide us with this information, we will use this to communicate with you and to improve the targeting of newsletters as well as of the web site. Information supplied may also be used by the web administrators and improvement of the web site as well as those responsible for the publishing of newsletters.

Both required and optional information entered by you will be stored within the EU.

The Rosti Group will not disclose any information supplied by you to any external partners except for service providers assisting us with distributing Rosti’s newsletter.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Swedish law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
