Our 13,000m2 facility in Gislaved provides total packaging solutions for the food and beverage, cosmetics and healthcare industries and consumer and industrial products, as well as worldwide logistics support.
Rosti GP Sweden supports sustainable production and manufacturing. Each year our plant produces caps made from 2,000 tonnes of bio-based raw materials.
Our Gislaved factory has approximately 80 employees and seven production halls dedicated to developing and manufacturing food grade injection moulded products for all types of applications. Our facility is approved under both British and American food production standards, as well as occupational health and environmental regulations. The highest levels of hygiene are maintained by our Complete Quality Control Department, which is staffed 24/7 and carries out regular quality control checks daily.
From Rosti, customers can expect cutting-edge technology, combined with a high level of flexibility. More than 95 percent of our injection moulding processes are supported by robots or tailor made automation cells to enable high volume production with speed, efficiency and the highest levels of quality. Our plant also possesses 2K moulding capabilities, as well as high cavity moulding and stack moulding.

Simply described, plastic injection moulding is a process of melting plastic pellets and injecting it into a mould or cavity to form a shape. Once the shape is formed, the material is cooled, ejected from the machine and – voilà – a finished, functional, esthetically pleasing injection moulded product or part is ready!
