Furthermore, in conjunction with our cutting-edge technology, we have created Rosti Expert Analytical Systems (REAS), a full suite of computer aided tools for advance moulding requirements and tool design optimisation.  REAS enables customers to benefit from reduced costs and avoid NPI risks at source when working with new materials, tools and processes.

Rosti design and project engineers will work with you or with an external design house to critique an initial product design, all the way to the “design-frozen” stage and start of project.

Prototyping service

We have partnered with a number of specialised suppliers to provide quick and cost-effective service in prototyping. We also developed DDM (Direct Digital Manufacturing), where tools are built using 3D printing with no investment required in traditional prototype tooling. We work with different prototype materials and methods to provide you with a prototyping service to meet the project needs.
