Our code of conduct demonstrates our commitment to conducting business in a legal and ethical manner and is a fundamental part of our values and corporate culture.
Rosti expects suppliers, agents and other business partners to respect the principles set out in the Code and to adopt similar procedures no less strict than what is set out in this Policy and in mandatory law.
Additionally, in our Supplier Code of Conduct we specify what Rosti expects from our suppliers in terms of legal compliance, employment and labour practices, etc.

At Rosti we strive to maintain transparency within our organisation and uphold a high standard of business ethics.
If you suspect violations of applicable laws, Rosti Group Code of Conduct, or any other policies or business ethics, it is important for us to know so that we may investigate and take necessary action. Therefore, we have introduced a whistleblowing service. It is an important tool that allows us to foster high business ethics and to maintain customer and public confidence in the Rosti Group.
Rosti’s reporting channel is provided by an external partner – WhistleB, Whistleblowing Centre – to ensure anonymity, and all reports are processed in complete confidence. The reporting process is encrypted and password-protected and reporting is easy and secure. Simply follow the instructions on the form and submit. You should receive a response within 10 calendar days. Thanks to the use of a personal ID and password, you can be sure of complete anonymity throughout the process.
