Our Capabilities

Our Gislaved factory has approximately 90 employees and seven production halls dedicated to developing and manufacturing food grade injection moulded products for all types of applications. Our facility is approved under both British and American food production standards, as well as occupational health and environmental regulations. The highest levels of hygiene are maintained by our Complete Quality Control Department.

From Rosti, customers can expect cutting-edge technology, combined with a high level of flexibility. More than 95 percent of our injection moulding processes are supported by robots or tailor made automation cells to enable high volume production with speed, efficiency and the highest levels of quality. Our plant also possesses various moulding capabilities including Multi-k Injection Moulding, as well as high cavity moulding and stack moulding.
