Rosti stands out as a leader in Multi-K manufacturing. We have the expertise and capabilities to produce parts in a variety of different ways using multi component injection techniques, including injection unit mounted on the tool. Our capabilities include: 2K transfer, 2K collapsible core, 2K rotating table, index plate and 3K transfer. We also offer injection blow-moulding, painting, decoration (including tampo-printing, hot stamping and IML), assembly, ultrasonic welding and gas injection.
Our innovation centre develops and applies new techniques, including rapid prototyping, to produce plastic solutions made for you. At our logistics centre, we offer storage facilities for more than 18,000 pallets. This enables us to provide our customers with global manufacturing and distribution for a leaner supply chain and shorter lead times to market.

Simply described, plastic injection moulding is a process of melting plastic pellets and injecting it into a mould or cavity to form a shape. Once the shape is formed, the material is cooled, ejected from the machine and – voilà – a finished, functional, esthetically pleasing injection moulded product or part is ready!
