On World Quality Day, Rosti Poland were proud to highlight our commitment to quality excellence in everything that we do. This year, our team have engaged in a number of activities that not only celebrate quality but also underline its central role in our daily work.
“Our priority is to offer our customers high-quality products. The experience of our employees, improving them through continuous development and training is extremely important to Rosti Poland and the wider company. Our customers can be confident that meet the standards of even the most complex products. We continuously strengthen our quality assurance, improve our production and product delivery capabilities, with increased performance of our processes.” said Michał Lubik, Managing Director.
At Rosti, we recognise that knowledge, experience and continuous improvement is the bedrock of quality. In honour of World Quality Day, we organised targeted training sessions for our employees, enlightening them about the profound importance of quality in their day-to-day responsibilities. These sessions provided our team with detailed insights into how we not only meet industry standards but also exceed them, ensuring that quality is woven into every aspect of our partnerships with customers and suppliers.
Quality is not just a process; it’s a mindset. To cultivate this mindset, we initiated a competition for the best slogan encapsulating the essence of quality. The enthusiasm and creativity that emerged were truly inspiring, fostering a collective dedication to upholding the highest standards in everything we do. Congratulations to the 6 winners and all members of the Rosti Poland team for contributing to the workshops, quality knowledge quiz and a special edition of platinum kaizen forms for submitting quality improvement ideas.
A Fresh Perspective on Quality
As a small token of appreciation, each member of our team received a crisp, succulent apple—a symbolic gesture highlighting our commitment to their health and well-being. Because at Rosti, we understand that a healthy team is a quality-driven team.
