Rosti Poland Celebrates 25 Years of Excellence in Manufacturing

Rosti Poland were recently very proud to celebrate their 25th anniversary! An open day, held in June, marked the start of several events celebrating this milestone.

Located in Bialystok, Rosti Poland has grown into a leading partner in plastic injection moulding and contract manufacturing services; operating from a state-of-the-art 31,000m² facility and employing nearly 1,000 dedicated professionals.

Family and Friends Open Day

The celebrations commenced with an open day, inviting employees, their families, and children to experience Rosti Poland, providing a unique opportunity for guests to explore the facility’s cutting-edge technologies and projects. Highlights included a guided tour through the Innovation Centre, our 3D printing capabilities and shop floor to see our injection moulding machines first-hand.

Children, an integral part of our ethos in creating communities at our sites, participated in an exciting arts and crafts competition, showcasing their creative visions to celebrate Rosti Poland’s 25-year journey. This competition not only highlighted the imagination of our team’s children but also allowed them to engage with the company’s values and innovative ethos.

A Series of Celebratory Events

As Rosti Poland continues its anniversary celebrations, a series of events and activities are planned over the coming months. These events aim to honour the dedication, support, and success of the Rosti Poland team, whose efforts have been instrumental in the company’s growth and achievements.

A key upcoming event is the announcement of the Rosti Values and Behaviours Ambassadors in September. This will celebrate individuals who embody Rosti’s core values: Passion, Partnership, Excellence, and Integrity. Awards will be presented in each of these categories, acknowledging the outstanding contributions of those who have gone above and beyond in their roles.
