At Rosti, we believe in developing our employees, and through our leadership program (ROLAP) we equip them to take on more managerial responsibility in the future.
What is ROLAP?
ROLAP simply stands for Rosti Leadership Acceleration Program. Studies consistently show that organizations that invest in leadership development perform better than those that don’t. Rosti has taken these results on board, developing the Leadership Acceleration Program (ROLAP).
The purpose and goal of ROLAP
One of the main objectives of the ROLAP program at Rosti is to equip participants with the new skills and knowledge needed to move the company forward and achieve its goals. A true mark of success is when high-potential employees are able to take on more managerial responsibility as a result of the program.
In this management training program, we will identify, train, and develop our future leaders so they can motivate, engage, and lead our global organization, thereby securing our future leadership and helping us stay as competitive in the future as we are today.

The Success of ROLAP
After a careful nomination process, sixteen managers from all parts of our global organization are invited to join a group to further their career development. This group will expand their leadership abilities through training, coaching, and mentoring over 24 months. This management development program is divided into eight modules with different themes, thoroughly preparing the candidates to be Rosti’s future leaders.

As mentoring is a powerful way to develop senior managers, it also plays an important part in our leadership acceleration program. Each participant is matched cross-functionally with a senior leader within Rosti. The candidates then stay connected with these mentors regularly throughout the duration of the program.
Alongside the management development program, candidates are encouraged to reflect on their own personal leadership development and make a commitment to growth and professional development.
