Continuous Improvement
Rosti prioritizes continuous improvement at every location, encouraging personal growth and sharing best practices among leaders and staff worldwide
To make sure we drive continuous improvement, we analyze process improvements in how we work with our equipment, as well as our employees’ personal development. In addition, we require our leadership team to challenge themselves and share their best practices with their teams, to continually strengthen our operational performance. Our dedicated Continuous Improvement team is responsible for promoting this approach throughout the Rosti Group.

Continuous Improvement Tools and Methods
At Rosti, we use lean tools and techniques to encourage everyone to make an impact every day and drive continuous improvement. Through the Rosti Lean Sigma program, we train and develop our staff from their very first day at work, aiming to foster a workplace culture that is collaborative, analytical, and dedicated to process improvement.
Along with promoting the core values of the Rosti Way—passion, integrity, partnership, and excellence—we apply lean management techniques to make sure we learn from our experiences and focus on continual improvement, both individually and as an organization.
We have made significant investments in our continuous improvement program, and we benchmark our progress against world-class standards for production and health and safety every 6 months. Results are shared and compared internally, and measured against our customers’ expectations and perceptions to make sure best practices are quickly spread throughout our company.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) and our internal lean assessment benchmark scores are displayed at all our facilities to encourage consistent and reliable performance across the group, and also to foster positive internal competition and increase employee engagement. This is part of our commitment to being the best we can be—individually, as a team, and as an organization.
