Health and safety framework
Each of Rosti Group’s subsidiaries is required to develop health and safety plans that comply with our overall Health and Safety Framework. Every location has a designated safety leader, and the local senior leadership team is responsible for supporting the implementation of sound policies and procedures throughout their sites. By regularly providing health and safety data, and by supporting accident investigations and internal and external audits, we identify hazards and risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve safety performance.
Environmental care and material handling

Additionally, we work tirelessly to improve our material handling practices in order to reduce any negative environmental impact. We follow the strictest material handling guidelines at all facilities—ours and our suppliers’—to avoid resin and fluid spills. We also develop strong technical partnerships with our customers, helping them avoid toxic polymers and replace conventional materials with bioplastics whenever possible.
