Advanced Manufacturing
Rosti Wisconsin operates state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities that set the industry standard through innovative technologies and highly efficient processes. Every month, the site ships over 10 million parts to customers worldwide.
Large-Scale Automation
The facilities are recognized for their advanced automation in insert molding, overmolding, and tray packing, making it possible to reliably manufacture complex and sophisticated components at scale.
Fully Automated Molding Cells
Our fully automated facility runs 81 injection molding cells supported by a central material handling system, allowing for true lights-out production managed by skilled engineers to maximize efficiency and consistency.
Engineered Production Power
Rosti Wisconsin also offers five- and six-ton cranes and in-cell two-shot molding capabilities, allowing us to manufacture highly engineered, top-quality components with outstanding precision and efficiency.

Rosti Wisconsin operates highly automated manufacturing facilities designed for efficiency, scalability, and advanced production across a wide range of molding technologies.
Bunsen Drive
A patented, fully automated “lights-out” facility operating since 2011. With 35 manufacturing cells, advanced robotics, and centralized material handling, Bunsen Drive delivers highly efficient production without direct labor and supports future growth with larger press capabilities.
Morse Drive
Expanded to 40,000 sq ft, Morse Drive houses 46 fully automated molding cells (35–400 tons) along with Rosti’s engineering, business development, and administrative teams. The facility also features an “Automation Lane” for advanced insert molding and automated tray packing.
