Global Plastic Injection Moulding

We have been injection moulding for this customer in China for over a decade, our partnership has now expanded across four Rosti sites, extending to Turkey, Germany, and Romania, supporting a diverse portfolio of brands and markets.

This expansion highlights the customer’s confidence in our capabilities and the strength of our combined global and local teams.

As new legislation encourages localisation of production in key markets, Rosti has supported our customer in establishing manufacturing closer to their end users. This strategic move has reduced environmental impact, improved operational agility, and minimised risks related to tariffs and global supply chain disruption.

Delivering consistency through global teams

A key factor in this success is Rosti’s independent commercial structure. Free from single-site targets, our commercial team provides impartial advice, ensuring every project is placed in the location that best fits the customer’s technical, commercial, and sustainability needs.

Current projects include food packaging in Turkey, manufacturing for the baby food industry in Germany, and an industrial medical component in Romania. Each benefits from Rosti’s tooling expertise, process optimisation, and trusted delivery – ensuring consistency and quality across every site.

Following 18 months of development, all new projects are now moving into full production, more than doubling Rosti’s business with this customer to exceed €10 million.
