Rosti Asia enters 2026 with strong momentum following a year defined by collaboration, operational excellence and strategic investment. Guided by our belief in shared success, our teams across the region delivered solid performance despite a dynamic global environment.

Highlights from 2025

Advancing our medical business in China

Our China operations experienced significant growth within the medical sector, supported by both longstanding and newly established partnerships. To meet increasing customer demand, we have committed to a multi‑million‑dollar expansion of our cleanroom capacity and upgrading medical equipment and workshops to strengthen our long-term capabilities.

Operational excellence in Malaysia

Rosti Malaysia delivered another year of strong performance, successfully meeting profit and sales targets. This achievement was driven by efficiency improvements and lean initiatives that further enhanced operational effectiveness.

Expanding our Asian footprint

We continued to strengthen our regional presence with the establishment of our new manufacturing facility in India, now progressing through recruitment and production line preparation. The site will begin small-scale mass production in early 2026 to support customers in the South Asian market.

As part of Rosti’s strategic growth ambition, plans are also progressing for a new site in Vietnam. This upcoming location will expand our Southeast Asian footprint and enable us to meet growing customer demand in the region.

Sustainability embedded across operations

In line with the Rosti Group’s sustainability commitments, our Asia teams continued to implement energy-efficient practices, enhance responsible sourcing and reduce environmental impact. These efforts reinforce our position as a responsible and forward-looking manufacturing partner.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Innovation and Sustainability Centre in Singapore

We will advance the development of our Innovation and Sustainability Centre in Singapore. This regional hub will support early-stage product development and strengthen cross-regional collaboration. It is designed to attract top commercial and technical talent while enabling innovative engineering solutions aligned with customer needs.

With more than three decades of experience in plastics manufacturing, Pat began his career as a molding technician in 1987 and has since played a pivotal role in expanding Rosti’s global footprint—most recently across the Asian region. His leadership has been instrumental in the development of new facilities and regional capability expansion, including the launch of Rosti India in Chennai, focused on high-precision injection molding and contract manufacturing. Pat’s deep operational expertise, combined with a strong customer-centric approach, continues to shape Rosti’s success and future growth across Asia.
