Purpose of the code
The Code of Conduct summarises the policies, principles and expectations that ensure Rosti operates legally, sustainably and ethically across all markets. It helps us.
The Code applies to all employees, managers, temporary staff and anyone representing Rosti.

For Rosti it is important to get information about unethical behavior, safety issues, bribery, corruption, discrimination, fraud or anything else that violates the law. Your courage in reporting helps us maintain a transparent, ethical and respectful environment.
Whistleblowing channel
Rosti’s Whistleblowing channel is provided by an external law firm and all reports are processed with a professional approach in complete confidence. The report can be made anonymously. To make a report, simply read and follow the instruction in the country specific links.
