Meet Rosti Group’s Production Transfer Team
Rosti’s Production Transfer team is made up of engineers with specialized knowledge and expertise in the plastics industry.
The main functions of the team are to support and lead our local sites in the successful execution of technology and production transfer projects.
David Orr – Global Program Director
David leads our Production Transfer Team. Having joined Rosti nearly 25 years ago as a Production Engineer, David has a wealth of unmatched knowledge and expertise in leading diverse and complex production transfer projects across all the regions where we operate.
Stuart Lynn – Global Tooling Manager
A key part of our Production Transfer projects is the transfer of Tooling, which is led by Stuart Lynn, Global Tooling Manager.
Stuart has built an extensive career in the plastics industry since 1984, joining Rosti in 1997 as a Toolmaker. He is now responsible for implementing and executing tooling transfer projects and has successfully delivered complex projects for a wide variety of customers in many different markets.
Nicholas Thomson – Global Program Manager
Nicholas joined Rosti as an apprentice Toolmaker in 2004, developing his skills in Tooling and Project Management.
Nicholas makes sure that Production Transfer projects are delivered successfully to prevent any risk of supply disruption, and even assists in and organizes the physical transfer process, including the packaging of tools and transportation.
Rosti provides smooth and seamless transitions, and our customer-specific solutions ensure a fast, efficient restart with minimal disruption. With our reporting and communication models, you will always be fully informed throughout the process.
We have production facilities in Sweden, Germany, Poland, Romania, the UK, Turkey, China and Malaysia, and our head office is in Malmö, Sweden.
