2025 Highlights
Growing our medical business in China
Our China operations experienced significant growth in the medical sector, supported by both long-standing and newly established partnerships. To meet rising customer demand, we have committed to a multimillion-dollar expansion of our cleanroom capacity and upgrades to medical equipment and workshops to strengthen our long-term capabilities.
Operational excellence in Malaysia
Rosti Malaysia delivered another year of strong results, successfully achieving profit and sales targets. This accomplishment was driven by efficiency improvements and lean initiatives that further enhanced operational effectiveness.
Expanding our presence in Asia
We continued to strengthen our regional presence by establishing our new manufacturing facility in India, which is now moving forward with recruitment and production line preparation. The site will begin small-scale mass production in early 2026 to support customers in the South Asian market.
As part of Rosti’s strategic growth goals, we are also moving forward with plans for a new site in Vietnam. This upcoming location will broaden our footprint in Southeast Asia and allow us to meet growing customer demand in the region.

We will move forward with the development of our Innovation and Sustainability Center in Singapore. This regional hub will support early-stage product development and strengthen cross-regional cooperation. It is designed to attract top commercial and technical talent while enabling innovative engineering solutions tailored to customer needs.
