Rosti’s Production Transfer team comprises of engineers with specific specialist knowledge and expertise in the plastics industry.

The team’s main functions are to support and lead our local sites in the successful execution of technology and production transfer projects.

David heads up our Production Transfer Team. Having joined Rosti nearly 25 years ago as a Production Engineer, David has a wealth of unrivalled knowledge and expertise in leading diverse and complex production transfer projects spanning all of the regions we operative in.

A key element of our Production Transfer projects, is the transfer of Tooling which is led by Sturat Lynn, Global Tooling Manager.

Stuart has built an extensive career in the plastics industry since 1984, joining Rosti in 1997 as a Toolmaker. He is now responsible for the implementation and execution of tooling transfer projects, having successfully delivered complex projects for a wide variety of customers in many different markets.

Nicholas Thomson – Global Programme Manager

Nicholas joined Rosti as an apprentice Toolmaker in 2004, developing his skills in Tooling and Project Management.

Nicholas ensures that the delivery of Production Transfer projects are successful to remove the risk of disruption to supply, even assisting and organising the physical transfer process including packaging of tools and transportation.

Rosti delivers smooth, seamless switchovers, and our customer-specific solutions ensure a fast, efficient restart with minimal disruption. With our reporting and communication models, you will always be kept fully informed throughout the process.

We have production facilities in Sweden, Germany, Poland, Romania, the UK, Turkey, China and Malaysia, and our head office is in Malmö, Sweden.
