2025 Highlights
Growing Our Medical Business in China
Our China operations saw significant growth in the medical sector, supported by both longstanding and newly established partnerships. To meet rising customer demand, we’ve committed to a multi-million-dollar expansion of our cleanroom capacity, as well as upgrading medical equipment and workshops to strengthen our long-term capabilities.
Operational Excellence in Malaysia
Rosti Malaysia achieved another year of strong results, successfully meeting profit and sales targets. These accomplishments were driven by efficiency improvements and lean initiatives that further enhanced operational effectiveness.
Expanding Our Footprint in Asia
We continued to strengthen our presence in the region with the establishment of our new manufacturing facility in India, which is now progressing with recruitment and production line preparation. The site will start small-scale mass production in early 2026 to support customers in the South Asian market.
As part of Rosti’s strategic growth plans, we are also moving forward with a new site in Vietnam. This upcoming location will expand our presence in Southeast Asia and allow us to meet growing customer demand in the region.

We will advance development of our Innovation and Sustainability Center in Singapore. This regional hub will support early-stage product development and strengthen cross-regional collaboration. It is designed to attract top commercial and technical talent while enabling innovative engineering solutions aligned with customer needs.
