From Rosti Germany, our injection molding facility in Dresden, we provide a comprehensive range of contract manufacturing services and automated molding capabilities, primarily for the food and beverage packaging market, producing over 4 billion closures every year.
In our 8,700m2 plant, we offer 1k and 2k molding capabilities with high cavitation up to 72, paired with rapid cycle times as fast as 2.6 seconds. Our high production standards, combined with a focus on customer orientation, ensure consistent quality and production reliability, enabling our customers to realize the cost efficiencies of our automated production.
