Sustainable Injection Molding
Rosti Sweden plays a key role in furthering the Rosti Group’s sustainability strategy by producing products made from over 2,000 tons of bio-based raw materials, with more than 48% of materials sourced from renewable feedstocks.

With our ISCC Plus Certification in Gislaved, we can safely handle and process recyclable and renewable materials suitable for food packaging applications. We can also help our customers greatly reduce their products’ CO2 impact, providing them with complete transparency across our entire supply chain.

Our state-of-the-art injection molding capabilities, spread across seven production halls, are expertly designed to deliver innovative packaging products in high volumes to leading global brands.
Providing high-volume, automated production with short cycle assembly, we offer customers significant and reliable production capacity. Through continuous investment in cutting-edge molding technologies, we’ve introduced robotics and custom automation cells, enabling us to scale up capacity while maintaining high quality standards.
Our facility is certified to both British and American food production standards, and complies with occupational health and environmental regulations.
