Our 13,000m2 production facility in Gislaved, Sweden provides total packaging solutions from concept and product design, through to manufacturing and logistics, using sustainable production and manufacturing methods.
Rosti Sweden plays a crucial role in contributing to Rosti Group’s sustainability strategy; producing products made from over 2,000 tonnes of bio-based raw materials, with over 48% of materials sourced from renewable feedstocks.
By using responsibly sourced and recyclable materials, we are proud to support our customers in the food and beverage, cosmetics and healthcare sectors to achieve their sustainability objectives.
With our ISCC Plus Certification at Gislaved, we can safely handle and process recyclable and renewable materials suitable for food packaging applications. We can also help our customers to significantly reduce the CO2 impact of their products, providing them with full transparency of our complete supply chain.

Providing high volume, automated production with short cycle assembly, we offer customers significant production capacity that they can rely on. Through our continued investment in leading molding technologies, we have introduced robotics and tailor-made automation cells which has enabled us to scale capacity whilst maintain high quality standards.
Our facility is approved under both British and American food production standards, as well as occupational health and environmental regulations.
