Rosti China received significant recognition from customer Freudenberg Filtration Technology

Freudenberg Filtration Technology has partnered with Rosti China as their plastic injection molding contract manufacturing supplier to produce extremely fragile and porous component parts, bringing challenges to the production process with the need for very high repeatability and high volumes.

At the end of last year, Rosti China received the ‘2019 Top Scored Supplier Award’ from German family-owned innovation conglomerate Freudenberg Filtration Technology for outstanding performance, major productivity improvements, and innovative solutions.

Pat goes on to say: “The products that we manufacture are some of the most challenging we’ve ever taken on, combining multi-shot molding with insert molding over various media to achieve exceptionally high tolerances. The only way to guarantee repeatability in the process was to automate as much as possible, which comes second nature to us at Rosti China. Over the years, we’ve automated a number of processes that were previously done manually in our factory, and in every case, we’ve managed to share the productivity gains with our customers.”
