Following performance issues with their current supplier, they needed a reliable partner to ensure uninterrupted production of plastic injection molded components for their packaging solutions. After a thorough evaluation, Rosti is now in the process of facilitating the relocation of 40 parts to ensure ongoing supply and service to their customers.

Multi-site Injection Molding

Production Continuity: Relocating to two sites enabled us to divide production, adding a layer of protection. This approach reduced the risk of production bottlenecks and costs while giving the client dual-site flexibility in case of unforeseen supply disruptions.
