A New 400 Ton Press Has Arrived
Plastic Components, Inc. is excited to announce the arrival and installation of a new 400 Ton Toyo Injection Molding machine. This is the second 400 Ton press in the facility.
As is standard at Plastic Components, the press will be integrated into a fully automated manufacturing cell. This is the core principle behind PCI’s manufacturing strategy. By utilizing state-of-the-art robotics and conveyors, we are able to deliver components to our customers with zero direct labor. This enables PCI to produce defect-free parts at globally competitive prices.
