Rosti Group AB (“Rosti” or the “Group”) has acquired Plastic Components, Inc. (“PCI”), a US-based injection molding company from MPE partners. The acquisition significantly strengthens Rosti’s market position across the United States, making the Group a truly global partner for its customers.

Founded over 75 years ago, Rosti is a global plastic injection molding company and contract manufacturer serving some of the world’s leading manufacturers in the packaging, consumer appliances, business machines, medical and automotive sectors. Headquartered in Sweden, Rosti has state-of-the art production facilities strategically located across Europe and Asia. Through the acquisition of PCI, Rosti is establishing a global production footprint to better serve both existing and new customers.
