New Rosti Romania facility is making great progress!

Rosti Romania’s custom-built 11,000 m2 injection molding and assembly facility is now at a stage where testing is underway ahead of officially opening as early as April 2021!

In recent weeks, machines and process equipment have started to be moved into the new site, and the team is currently operating between our existing and new factories.

The new production facility will be dedicated to plastic injection molding and contract manufacturing, creating over 100 new jobs in the local area.

Ensuring that we deliver the latest injection molding capabilities to our customers, Rosti Romania will feature highly automated production processes, multi-component molding, and assembly lines.

Through our strong relationships with leading machine and process equipment manufacturers, we will have 35 injection molding machines for processing thermoplastics from our suppliers, including ENGEL and DEMAG.

During the Testing Phase, we are moving machines and tooling into place and testing components to ensure the site is production-ready. This also allows us to establish our required quality standards.

With growth in the Eastern European plastic injection molding market, this is a strategic investment to enable Rosti to partner with new and existing customers.
