India completes first module ahead of facility opening

Rosti India has successfully completed the first build of one of the most complex modules ever undertaken by the Group, marking a major milestone on the path to full-scale production at our new injection molding facility.
This first build represents a significant step forward for Rosti India and demonstrates the strength of One Rosti – a global team working seamlessly across borders to deliver complex manufacturing solutions with precision and efficiency.
The project involved intricate assembly, comprising more than 100 plastic parts and over 200 additional components including PCBA, motors, and optical sensors. The build required a high level of coordination across design, engineering, and production teams from multiple Rosti sites.
Teams from Suzhou and India worked closely to redesign and optimize key components, improving both reliability and manufacturability. The first build met all functional testing requirements and provided valuable insights to support the next stages of production.
This achievement was made possible through outstanding teamwork across global functions—from engineering and project management to operations and quality. It reflects Rosti’s shared commitment to delivering consistent excellence and technical capability worldwide.
With this milestone reached, the next phase will see further assembly trials later this year using fully Rosti-manufactured components. Preparations are also well underway for full production starting in January 2026, aligning with the official opening of the new Rosti India injection molding facility.
This marks a proud moment for the Rosti India team and the wider Group as we continue to expand our global footprint and strengthen our capacity to serve customers around the world.
