Under the guidance of our Site Black Belt Champion, Murat Haxha, our talented team members, Ismir Adrovic and Ömer Karpuz, have achieved outstanding cost and efficiency savings.
Green Belt projects are a cornerstone of our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. These projects, part of the Rosti Lean Sigma standard, are designed to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency within our organization.
Ismir Adrovic’s project exemplifies the essence of Green Belt initiatives. By meticulously analysing processes and identifying non-value-added activities, Ismir successfully removed bottlenecks, optimized workflows, and, most importantly, delivered a substantial cost-saving solution for our company.
Ömer Karpuz, in his Green Belt project, demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills. Through a rigorous application of Lean Sigma principles, Ömer not only eliminated waste but also introduced innovative approaches that significantly enhanced scrap reduction. The positive impact of Ömer’s project is reflected in the impressive financial savings achieved.
The collaboration between Ismir and Ömer has not only doubled our success but also showcased the power of teamwork in driving positive change.
