Rosti named plastic supplier of the year by Diebold Nixdorf

Contract manufacturers like Rosti often operate behind the scenes. That’s why it’s especially rewarding when a customer gives public recognition for their contributions.
Rosti was named Diebold Nixdorf’s “Plastic Supplier of the Year” in recognition of its excellent project and supply chain management—a contribution that included everything from design optimization to the industrialization of the plastic-molded components in the company’s new DN Series ATMs. Rosti Poland’s Managing Director, Michal Lubik, and his team are proud to be recognized for their work in helping bring a revolution to the ATM industry.
Kamil Solomianko, Rosti Global Key Account Manager, says: “This award is proof of Rosti’s expertise in New Product Introduction. The project required extensive cross-functional communication and teamwork with the customer’s engineering hubs. And it’s important to note that this award is really about Rosti’s ability to manage the entire ‘From concept to reality’ process, not just how well we deliver products.”
Behind the major project of turning this groundbreaking product from concept to reality lies a long and rigorous development process involving several key players. Plastic injection molder and contract manufacturer Rosti is one of them.
The project required close cooperation between both companies’ R&D sites—Diebold Nixdorf’s in Germany and the US, and Rosti facilities in China and Poland—to find innovative solutions that simplify the very complex ATM assembly. At Rosti Poland’s facility in Białystok, a large, dedicated assembly line is testing the new ATM cassettes with fake bills.
