Rosti Poland honored with the ‘Well-Perceived Company’ award for CSR activities

Michal Lubik, Managing Director of Rosti Poland, received the award from BCC – a prestigious business club for entrepreneurs. The contest aims to promote companies that operate with social responsibility and to spread awareness about corporate social responsibility, as well as effective methods for communicating about social initiatives.
For several years now, BCC, a prestigious business club for entrepreneurs, has been organizing a contest called “Firma Dobrze Widziana” (A Well-Perceived Company), and we are pleased to announce that Rosti Poland is among this year’s honored winners.
The grand finale was held on November 30th at the Lubomirski Palace in Warsaw. In addition to the winners, the ceremony was attended by the jury members and people engaged with the idea of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Marlena Maląg, the Minister of Family and Social Policy, took honorary patronage over the contest. The laureates were congratulated by BCC CEO Marek Goliszewski, BCC Vice-President and CEO Maciej Owczarek, as well as the chairman of the jury, Paweł Łukasiak.
The purpose of the contest is to promote companies that conduct socially responsible business and to raise awareness about corporate social responsibility and effective ways to communicate about social efforts. The competition is nationwide. A key element evaluated in the contest is the company’s policy toward employees, including compliance with equality principles, tools, and internal procedures that support equal professional opportunities for women and men. Additionally, the effectiveness and methods of both internal and external communication regarding the company’s socially responsible initiatives are also assessed.

“Social engagement, caring for employees, and caring for the environment are the pillars of our CSR, centered around a strong core we call The Rosti Way. Over the years, Rosti Poland has demonstrated caring through many CSR activities, such as creating a safe and diverse work environment, supporting employees in their passions, partnering with local universities through dual studies, supporting local charities by donating funds, taking action to minimize negative environmental impacts, and so on. I must admit that, even though we do not expect anything in return, we are proud to be recognized nationally and, at the same time, to be set as an example. Our vision, strategy, and goals may shift over time, but our cultural foundation remains at the heart of how we do business,” says Michał Lubik, Managing Director of Rosti Poland.
