As Managing Director of Rosti Sweden, Magnus Hettne is responsible for driving continuous improvement and strategic growth across the Gislaved site. Under his leadership, Rosti Sweden has been shortlisted for the Swedish Lean Prize 2025, recognising the team’s commitment to Lean and TPM principles. Magnus dedication to quality, efficiency and employee engagement continues to strengthen Rosti’s position in the Nordic region. in 2025 Magnus oversees the development of a new production facility in Gislaved, designed to support global customers with local presence.
