Rosti strengthens Asian footprint with new Singapore Innovation & Sustainability Centre

Rosti is expanding its global innovation network with a new Innovation & Sustainability Centre in Singapore. Designed as a regional hub for customer collaboration, engineering excellence and sustainable solutions, the centre will support fast growing medtech, electronics and industrial customers across Southeast Asia and around the world.
Singapore – a strategic hub for customers and growth
“Singapore is a strategic regional hub for innovation, talent and market access. Critically, many of our existing and prospective customers already have manufacturing facilities and offices here, making it the perfect location to be close to them and support their growth,” says Pat Williams, SVP Asia at Rosti.
From Singapore, Rosti will deepen partnerships with international brands across medtech, electronics and industrial sectors, providing easier access to its global capabilities in high precision injection moulding, contract manufacturing and sustainable design.

A dedicated space where customer ideas meet Rosti expertise
At the heart of the new centre is a simple idea: bring customers and experts together earlier, so better products reach the market faster.
“We have opened our innovation hub in Singapore as a dedicated space where customer ideas meet Rosti’s engineering expertise and manufacturing depth,” says Pat Williams.
The Innovation & Sustainability Centre will focus on:
- Front end technical support close to customers
- End to end project development, from concept to industrialisation
- Commercial solutions tailored to Southeast Asian and global markets
“The centre’s goal is to deliver dedicated front end technical support, end to end project development and commercial solutions for our Southeast Asian and global customers. We will build a focused team of technical and business development managers to drive local agility and customer success,” Pat adds.
Technovation – from concept to prototype in 72 hours
Innovation at Rosti is built on a proven methodology that combines speed with manufacturability.
“For us, innovation is not a buzzword. It is Technovation – a structured, proven approach to getting from concept to prototype in 72 hours, with design and manufacturing thinking working together from the start,” explains Pat.
By engaging design, engineering and manufacturing in parallel, Rosti helps customers de risk programmes, optimise component design, and shorten time to market. This approach underpins the company’s commitment to delivering sustainable polymer solutions from concept to reality for customers worldwide.
“If we are not improving your design, we are not adding value. That is not what Rosti is about,” says Pat.

Supporting Rosti Asia – and strengthening the Rosti Group globally
The Singapore Innovation & Sustainability Centre will play a central role in Rosti Asia’s next growth phase and reinforce the Rosti Group’s global offering.
“This centre strengthens our regional operational and technical footprint, shortens response times and deepens our local customer partnerships. It directly fuels Rosti Asia’s growth and reinforces the Rosti Group’s global innovation and service capabilities,” says Pat.
By combining local agility with Rosti’s international footprint, the centre will help customers navigate complex supply chains, accelerate sustainable innovation and scale production close to their end markets.
Built around sustainability and customer centricity
The Singapore hub is aligned with Rosti’s sustainability vision to shape sustainable solutions throughout the value chain and support customers on their journey towards lower emissions and more circular products.
With sustainability an integral part of its offering, Rosti will use the centre to:
- Explore greener material options and lightweight design concepts
- Support life cycle thinking, resource efficiency and circularity
- Co create solutions that help customers progress towards their own ESG and Net Zero ambitions
On track and ready to welcome customers
Rosti is progressing rapidly with the set up of the Singapore Innovation & Sustainability Centre.
“We are making strong progress. The office is currently under renovation, and we are actively recruiting key technical and business development managers. We are on track and excited to launch soon,” says Pat.
Once operational, the centre will host collaborative design sprints, Technovation workshops and project reviews, bringing customers directly into the development process. Pat concludes:
“Reach out if you would like to explore what we could build together.”
