With more than three decades of experience in plastics manufacturing, Pat began his career as a moulding technician in 1987 and has since played a pivotal role in expanding Rosti’s global footprint, particularly across Asia. His leadership has been key to new facility development and regional capability expansion, including the launch of Rosti India in Chennai, focused on high‑precision injection moulding and contract manufacturing.
