Rosti Group names Emilia Debowska as Head of Sustainability

Rosti Group has named Emilia Debowska as Head of Sustainability, effective August 1, 2026. In this newly expanded role, Emilia will lead and coordinate the Group’s sustainability agenda throughout its global manufacturing network, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting customer sustainability requirements, and embedding sustainable practices across the organization.
Emilia’s responsibilities include:
- Driving sustainability initiatives across the Group in close collaboration with regional leadership and site-based Sustainability Champions
- Supporting Rosti’s commercial teams and engaging directly with customers on sustainability topics
- Coordinating sustainability efforts across Rosti’s global sites to strengthen cross-functional collaboration
- Leading the implementation of sustainability legislation, including CSRD and advancing the Group’s Sustainability Strategy
Emilia will also continue to lead ESRS reporting and Rosti’s annual Sustainability Report, a role she has held to date.
Sustainability is no longer a separate conversation from the one we have about quality, reliability, and partnership—it’s part of the same conversation. I’m looking forward to working even more closely with our customers and our sites to make sure Rosti’s sustainability commitments are practical, measurable, and built into our manufacturing. I also look forward to continuing to share that progress transparently through our annual Sustainability Report.
