Rosti Gislaved has been selected as one of the three finalists for the Swedish Lean Prize 2025. Over 200 companies across Sweden entered the competition – among them are global multinational companies.
The award, organised by Lean Forum, recognises organisations that have successfully embedded Lean thinking into their culture, operations and leadership. It highlights long-term commitment to continuous improvement, customer value and employee involvement.
“This nomination is a testament to the dedication and discipline our teams have shown in applying Lean and TPM principles throughout the organisation,” says Magnus Hettne, Managing Director Sweden. “From daily improvements on the shop floor to structured autonomous maintenance and visual controls, we’ve built a culture where continuous improvement is second nature.”
The selection process included a written application and an on-site assessment by Lean Forum’s expert jury. The winner will be announced at the Lean Forum annual conference this autumn.
More details will be shared after the summer break. In the meantime, Rosti Gislaved extends its thanks to all employees who contribute daily to making Lean a living part of the company’s DNA.
