Rosti strengthens global medical manufacturing with new ISO Class 8 cleanroom in China

We have announced the official launch of a new ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) medical cleanroom at our China facility, further strengthening the Group’s global capabilities in high-precision medical manufacturing.

The newly established 500 m² cleanroom includes a dedicated 300 m² precision injection moulding production area and has been developed in accordance with stringent medical industry standards. The investment supports our continued expansion within the medical sector and enhances its ability to serve global medical and healthcare customers with reliable, compliant manufacturing solutions.

Designed to enable the production of high-quality medical components under tightly controlled conditions, the new facility reflects Rosti’s long-term commitment to quality-driven manufacturing and specialised production environments. The cleanroom strengthens local manufacturing capabilities while remaining fully aligned with Rosti’s global quality systems and operational standards.

Commenting on the launch, Pat Williams, Group Senior Vice President Asia at Rosti, said that the new cleanroom represents an important milestone in the development of Rosti China’s medical business. Sunny Sun, General Manager of Rosti China, added that the investment enables the team to further support customers with high-standard medical manufacturing capabilities and continued focus on quality and performance.

The new cleanroom forms part of our broader strategy to invest in advanced manufacturing infrastructure across key regions, supporting customer growth in regulated industries while maintaining consistent quality and scalability across its global footprint.
